Stephenson Harwood advises Pelican Capital on ECA International investment
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Pelican Capital on its recent investment in ECA International (ECA).
The ECA group – which comprises ECA, Tracker Software Technologies (TST) and a minority investment in Global Expat Pay (GEP) – is a global provider of knowledge, data and technology solutions for managers handling an international workforce. ECA provides services to more than 500 companies across over 70 jurisdictions. Pelican Capital's investment will accelerate ECA's technology capabilities, as well as support TST and GEP's growth.
Pelican Capital is a UK-based private equity firm that invests in profitable companies that need up to £25 million of equity to facilitate ownership change and drive growth.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by partner Chris Manning, who was supported by managing associate Emily Davies and associate Alex Stevens.
