Ideal Tridon, which is backed by TruArc Partners, is a global manufacturer of clamping, coupling, and support products. This recent acquisition strengthens the company's European presence and extends its portfolio offering into new markets.
TruArc Partners is a US private equity firm, which partners with high potential middle market companies in the specialty manufacturing and business services sectors.
