Daniel Margolis
Partner, finance
Daniel is a partner in the banking team, based in the firm's London office. Daniel has a broad practice advising lenders and borrowers across a range of finance transactions, with particular expertise in general corporate, acquisition, leveraged and real estate finance transactions.
Daniel has worked in the finance teams of US and international City firms, in addition to a period as in-house counsel for a boutique alternative asset investment firm.
Daniel's recent experience includes advising an AIM-listed company on its first debt financing transaction, advising a US-based care home fund as lender in relation to the development and forward-purchase of a UK care home portfolio, advising the UK real estate asset manager of a US state fund in relation to the financing aspects of its shopping centre acquisition and advising various debt funds on their participations in existing leveraged and real estate finance transactions.
