Jamie heads up the Greater China restructuring and insolvency team acting for liquidators, provisional liquidators, receivers, bankruptcy trustees in formal insolvency proceedings as well as creditors, debtors and shareholders in corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, schemes, buy-outs or other work-out arrangements. The team has been involved in many of the leading insolvency cases in Greater China. Since 2011 Chambers Asia Pacific has recognised Jamie as a “Leading Individual” in the restructuring and insolvency market.
Jamie also regularly deals with shareholder and family disputes, fraud, injunctions and professional liability claims. He acts for a number of professional service firms and family offices, dealing with their disputes and reputational issues. He has been ranked as a leader in the dispute resolution market by Chambers Asia Pacific since 2012.
