Julie is a partner in the banking team. Julie advises lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers across a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, with particular expertise in leveraged finance. Julie has built a reputation of being technically excellent, commercial, pragmatic and user-friendly.

Julie has over 20 years of experience acting for lenders and borrowers on financing transactions.

Her work spans general corporate lending and acquisition and leveraged finance. Lender clients include Investec, HSBC, NatWest and Santander. Recent experience includes advising a listed plc on the refinancing of its corporate facilities following a significant business restructuring, advising a gyms business on the provision of a CLBILS facility and advising a private equity sponsor on the financing of its acquisition of an online pharmacy business.
