Karin is an associate in our funds and equity capital markets team advising funds and listed companies on a range of corporate transactions.
Karin has experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, public company IPOs, corporate reorganisations and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the London corporate team, Karin trained at the firm's Hong Kong office.
Karin is fluent in English, Cantonese, Japanese and Mandarin.
