Rajiv is a corporate lawyer, with a focus on private equity, growth capital and venture capital transactions. Rajiv has experience acting for private equity houses, investors and management teams and has acted on a range of transactions, including investments, MBOs, exits and acquisitions.

Rajiv has advised private equity houses such as Elysian Capital and Apposite Capital, growth/venture capital investors such as Mobeus Equity Partners and BGF and management teams, such as the management team of Optimum Credit on the sale to Pepper Money (backed by KKR).

Rajiv has also advised on a number of M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
