Victoria is a managing associate in the London corporate group, specialising in the launch of, secondary fund raisings for and related corporate actions for listed closed-ended investment funds. She has also advised on a number of public M&A transactions, acting both on bid-side and target-side, and has experience advising clients on Takeover Code related matters.

Victoria also has experience of advising clients in the private equity space; she has worked with UK and European institutional investors on complex secondary transactions, on both buy-side and sell-side, and has experience of advising GPs on GP-led liquidity solutions.

More broadly, Victoria acts for both public and private fund clients on a range of general corporate and regulatory matters.
