Stephenson Harwood has advised bd-capital on its partnership with TLC Worldwide Marketing Group Limited (TLC), the global loyalty and rewards company. The partnership will help TLC to accelerate growth across new and existing geographies and products.
bd-capital is an operator-led private equity firm focused on the healthcare, tech-enabled services and consumer sectors across Europe.
TLC is the global market leader in tech-enabled, experience-based reward campaigns and loyalty programmes, headquartered in London with office hubs in 14 countries across EMEA, the Americas and APAC. TLC has developed a revolutionary and proprietary reward distribution software platform, COSMOS, providing access to TLC's reward network of more than 45,000 experiences from partners across 40 countries – the world's largest network.
